Investor Relations Intern
The person will operate at the centre of client servicing and fundraising / marketing support across a broad alternatives platform with wide-ranging responsibilities. The fast-paced nature of the role requires the candidate to have the ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritise workload.
The position will work closely with the Investor Relations Manager in London and Paris, reporting into the Head of Business Development. Although focused in the Corporate Private Equity team, they will interact with all the Five Arrows investment teams as well as the Finance, Operations, Compliance and Legal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Materials preparation
- Provide content support for DDQs, RFPs, PPMs, track record information, and other required documentation, as well as assist with updating marketing materials (pitchbooks, case studies, teasers, etc.).
- Create bespoke materials and analyses on an ad-hoc basis in response to specific investor requests.
- Coordinate and respond to due diligence questionnaires and RFPs.
- Liaise with the compliance department for regular approvals of marketing materials and maintain approval logs.
- Prepare materials for the annual Investor Days and Advisory Committee meetings.

Investor meetings co-ordination and record-keeping
- Assist with investor due diligence meetings alongside investment team members and relationship managers, ensuring process continuity and accurate record-keeping.
- Manage the organisation of complex meeting schedules, including roadshows and on-site investor meetings.

Client Services
- Handle ad-hoc LP information requests, including the preparation of cash flow forecasts for investors.
- Maintain and update CRM records on a continuous basis.
- Oversight of investor onboarding and the administratorβs KYC/AML process.

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
- University degree from a top-tier university, business school, or engineering school.
- Initial professional experience in a demanding environment, ideally with significant responsibilities, is a plus (e.g., Private Equity, Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Transaction Services).
- International exposure, whether academic or professional, is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are nice to have.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear messaging, presentations, and communications.
