As an Investment ย Accounting Intern you will have the opportunity to:
- Work alongside experts in various technological domains.
- Enhance your skills with real-world experience

- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Investment Accounting environment within a multinational insurance company and its associated functions.
- Acquire practical experience in specialized financial products, equity, Fixed Income, Funds, structured products & derivatives.
- Become familiar with the monthly closing and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) reporting and contribute to the maintenance and reporting of local regulation reporting.
- Understand compliance of sub ledger with local and group requirements: Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Local Statutory and regulatory/Tax Accounting Principles (SAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and other external or internal policies or guidelines, e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
- Acquire practical experience in SAP, other systems and methods.
- Learn on how to interpret the main drivers of investment result across almost all operational asset classes, their lifecycle and how it is presented in BS/PL by using appropriate accounting tools

- Active student status with a Spanish University/School is mandatory.
- Interested in the Insurtech world.

- Can communicate effectively in English with colleagues and managers from abroad daily.
- Available for at least a 6-month part-time/internship program.
