Your main tasks:
- Assist in managing the full life cycle recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Candidates, HR Partners, Recruitment Coordinators, and Global TA team members.
- Support sourcing for passive candidates via social recruiting channels, networking, job postings, niche job boards
- Help screen, interview, and onboard internal and external talents for various functional areas.
- Partner with hiring managers to write attractive job advertisements.
- React in a timely manner to challenges in the recruitment lifecycle and cooperate with hiring managers to resolve potential roadblocks.
- Actively promote global talent attraction diversity and inclusion hiring strategies and practices.
- Support key Global TA initiatives and projects.
- Attend and support career events and conferences as needed.
Your ideal background:
- Very good English skill, min. B2.
- Very good German skills, min. B2
- Availability min. 30 hours per week.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced international environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus but not required.
