The Prologis Summer Internship Program offers students of diverse educational backgrounds the opportunity to secure work experience within their field of study. Over a course of 10-12 weeks, our interns will get to collaborate on various significant projects that impact Prologis’ business landscape.
Students will have the opportunity to interact and connect with leaders within the company and build workplace acumen through various seminars and Q&A sessions. Regardless of their assigned departments, interns will have access to local market tours in order to fully comprehend Prologis’ business and how their summer contributions impact the end product.

Internship Opportunity: Capital Deployment
Location(s): Vancouver, Canada
Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze recent lease transactions, sales, supply & demand, customer research and availability rates across submarkets in the Lower Mainland, segmented by product type, to inform Market Leasing Assumptions (MLAs) for improved underwriting and internal reporting updates.
Build Market Databases: Consolidate ownership information for key industrial properties, building- by-building, to strengthen market intelligence and targeting efforts.
Analyze Historical Trends: Compile and evaluate historical market and economic data to identify trends and insights that enhance forecasting accuracy and strategic decision-making.
Assess Market Expansion Opportunities: Research market fundamentals, supply and demand dynamics, and key economic drivers across Alberta’s major submarkets (Calgary and Edmonton) to develop insights and support a business plan for Prologis’ potential growth strategy in Western Canada.
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate (3rd or 4th year) or graduate program
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• For technical roles: experience with relevant tools such as Argus, Tableau, R, Java, SQL,
PeopleSoft, Salesforce, or similar
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity
• Motivated by curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Creative mindset and openness to tackling new challenges
• Collaborative team player with a supportive approach
