The Human Resources (HR) organization at Dominion Energy is looking for students interested in an exciting opportunity that will provide exposure to several key areas within HR. These areas could include Workforce Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development, Employee Experience & more. The selected students will be assigned projects from various areas to learn about how each provides vital support to the company.

Project assignments may include:
- Talent Strategy: partner with team members whose roles are primarily focused on attracting talent to the company, developing them when they become employees, and supporting a positive employee experience. May work on recruiting, branding/content, coordinating events, supporting our EMPOWER Career Center, or assisting with various initiatives such as Family Fun Days.
- Total Rewards: Β gain insight into how benefits, compensation, payroll, and labor relations programs come together to attract and retain our employees.
- Business Engagement: shadow an HR Business Partner to see how they support, on a day-to-day basis, the various groups across DE.
This position may be located in Richmond, Virginia or Cayce, South Carolina.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and contribute to project teams
- Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience or familiarity with marketing, social media, and use of digital tools
- General knowledge of HR processes & policies
- Demonstrated leadership skills is a bonus

Education Requirements
- Currently pursuing a four-year degree at an accredited college (or completed first year at a two-year institution with plans to obtain a bachelor's degree from a four-year institution)
- Preferred disciplines include Human Resources, Business, Communications or related
- Must have an anticipated graduation date of Fall 2026 to Fall 2028
- Minimum 2.5 GPA with a 3.0 GPA preferred
