Join our dynamic Benefits team and gain hands-on experience supporting employee benefits operations across Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru). 🔑 Key Responsibilities
Invoice Processing & Payment Coordination
Assist with the processing and tracking of benefit-related invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate documentation for:
- Argentina: Medical plan, life insurance, ambulance services, pension plan
- Chile: Medical plan, life insurance, medical check-ups
- Colombia: Medical plan, life insurance, dental plan
- Mexico: Medical plan, life insurance, optional benefits, medical check-ups, and uploading files to vendor platforms (meal vouchers, savings fund, internet allowance)
- Peru: Medical plan, life insurance, life insurance registry
Benefit Administration
- Support the day-to-day administration of benefits such as medical coverage, life insurance, pension plans, savings funds, and meal vouchers
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation across internal systems and vendor platforms
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Treasury teams to coordinate payments and ensure alignment
- Liaise with external vendors to manage access and ensure smooth benefit execution
✅ Requirements
- Advanced student in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Spanish speaker with intermediate English is mandatory
- Advanced Excel skills is a must and Power BI knowledge will be a plus
- Previous internship experience in a similar role is a plus
- Strong numerical, organizational, and communication skills
- Availability for a part-time internship (4 hours/day) for up to 18 months.
