The B2C services team at Back Market is responsible for creating, developing and rolling out new innovative services and cool features for our end-customers all over the world. Within this department, the Insurance Team is supporting the business by ensuring that our insurance offers answer our customers needs while being the best-in-class in terms of operational excellence.
As an Insurance Project Manager Intern, you will work within the B2C Services Team. You will improve customers’ funnel/claim journey, launch new added-value features/service and make sure our current offer meets local customers' expectations and requirements.
YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇
- Monitor the performance of active countries (revenue & customer experience) on Tableau & create reports and share suggestions of weekly action plans
- Improve the NPS and the claim management process along with the Care Team to provide the best in class customer experience
- Launch new features to our insurance offer to ensure our offer is cooler than Apple Care.
- Ensure our current offer meets local customers’ expectations & requirements (cross-team work with marketing & product teams and handle relations with local partners).
- Roll out new services or new pricing (cross-team work with Country managers, legal teams, product, etc)
- Work on the new range of Business-to-Customer premium services to increase customer conversion and loyalty

- English and French are no-brainers (fully professional capability). If you’re extra cool and speak more languages, bonus points for you!
- Strong analytical skills (Pack Office - Excel and PowerPoint skills). SQL is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and project management skills (communication skills and data-driven)
- You are proactive, have team spirit, and a high capacity to federate and work with transversal teams
- Experience in fintech or insurtech is a plus, but not mandatory
