Ensure tool capacity is well positioned to meet wafer output requirements at the manufacturing area level through regular quadpod meetings. Ensure accurate capacity model through periodic audits on key workstation parameters and validation of workstation performance. Design or enhance models as needed to provide the right accuracy or functionality.

Understand data structure and manipulate and retrieve data. Maintain and troubleshoot planning databases, including boxplot and WS constraint report. Analyze raw data through statistical data analysis tools. Make data driven decisions with quadpod through decision analysis tools. Work with Central teams and partner Fabs to understand and close the gaps in workstation performance to meet external benchmark levels.

Participate and contribute in the area alignment meetings with central teams, to understand upcoming technology changes and workstation performance against Model of Record (MOR). Drive areas to close gaps in performance of workstations to model. Understand the impact to the Fab by performing capacity analysis. Identify and highlight the driver of changes in each scenario. Understand the opportunities to minimize capital expenditure for a given scenario, while identifying the timing of the required capital through scenario analysis.

Update the excess list and work with layout coordinator to understand the need date for deinstalls. Communicate the Scenario changes with areas and involve the area stakeholders in the strategic decision-making process.

Understand the impact of MOR/POR gap on new technology by performing capacity analysis and communicate to all stakeholders. Provide capacity impact of process or tool changes within the process area.

Ensure the maintenance of accurate tool delivery dates in MICAP. Keep capacity model accurate through MICAP events, most current delivery, Qual and Req. In-Service dates for approved capital, conversions, deinstalls, relocations.

Provide sufficient justification for a capital request to all the stakeholders and site leadership team during the monthly capital process. Perform NPV calculation on any proposed capital items and provide impact to capacity.

Work effectively with both internal and external customers of the IE team to come up with solutions. Work with central team and sister sites to understand and align on best-known methods.
