We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient GTM Applications Analyst to join our GTM Sales Automation team. You will be instrumental in the selection, implementation, optimization, and governance of our sales technology stack. You will ensure our sales tools are effectively utilized, our sales team is empowered to maximize productivity, and drive revenue goals. As the owner of the sales tools tech stack, you will play a central role in ensuring these platforms are strategically managed, fully optimized, and aligned to support Sales Operations and other GTM teams in achieving their goals.This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our sales technology landscape and directly impact our company's growth.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- GTM Sales Tool Management & Optimization:
- Act as a primary administrator and subject matter expert for key GTM sales tools (e.g., Sales Engagement Platforms, Revenue Intelligence tools, Sales Productivity tools etc.).
- Manage user access, permissions, and configurations within various sales applications to align with GTM strategies and segmentation.
- Monitor tool performance, identify areas for improvement, and new features to enhance sales team efficiency and effectiveness across the entire GTM funnel.
- Stay ahead of new sales technologies and trends, evaluating potential tools to enhance our current tech stack and support evolving GTM initiatives.
- Lead or support the implementation of new sales tools, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-launch support, ensuring smooth integration into the GTM workflow.
- Lead, collaborate and act on point with wider Sales Operations teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud (standard objects like accounts, contacts, cases, report, dashboards,opportunities)
- GTM Tools Governance:
- Develop, implement, and enforce governance policies and best practices for new tool evaluation to avoid duplication of tools
- Conduct regular audits to ensure usage and adoption of sales tools; develop plans for sunsetting tools as needed.
- Ensure proper access and controls for all tools and their end users
- Maintain a centralized inventory of all GTM tools, integrations, and licensing details
- GTM User Support & Training:
- Provide expert-level support to the sales team on the effective use of all GTM sales tools, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop and deliver training materials, documentation, and best practice guides to ensure high adoption and proficiency of sales tools, tailored for various GTM roles.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address process improvement areas, develop and document data management procedures, and contribute to optimize Sales operations
- Expertly address Jira/ServiceNow tickets to resolve user issues promptly within established SLAS
- Reporting & GTM Analysis:
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales tool adoption, usage, and impact on key GTM sales metrics (e.g., pipeline generation, conversion rates, sales cycle).
- Vendor & Contract Oversight:
- Coordinate with Procurement and Finance to evaluate vendor performance, renewals, and ROI
- Support contract negotiations by providing usage, adoption, and compliance data

*Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Support or GTM Operations, with a strong focus on sales technology.
- Ability to question the status quo and think outside the box
- Proven hands-on experience with process automation tools relevant to GTM workflows.
- Collaborate with Product & Program managers to determine where external tools can solve a business need
- Experience with other common GTM sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, Highspot, Gong.io, etc.) are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations that impact GTM strategy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data quality and governance.
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
- Multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Desired:
- Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS GTM environment.
- Certification in sales operations or specific sales tools (e.g. Salesforce certification)
- Certified SCRUM Master or equivalent experience
- Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile/Scrum methodology

This role will be remote, and based in India.(Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra, Delhi)
