The Logistics team, composed of 5 people based in Bordeaux and Paris ensures that all Back Market orders get delivered to customers safely and on time, while providing convenient and cost-effective solutions for shipping returns and trade-ins.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): đĨ
- Monitor Performance: Keep a close eye on the performance of our logistics partners (transport and fulfillment).
- Lead Projects: Take the reins on key projects involving BackShip (our shipping solution for sellers) and other BM service teams (Customer Care by Back Market) to improve service efficiency and find synergies.
- Enhance Delivery Experience: Lead initiatives to improve the quality of the seller or customer experience, particularly in claims resolution, working closely with the Logistics operations team, the Care team, the Sellers team, and the Seller Support Center team.
- Analyze Data: Dive deep into Quality & Financial KPIs to explain week-over-week fluctuations and gaps with targets.
- Optimize Flows: Support the optimization of Trade In & Return logistics flows by helping us define our carrier mix strategy.
- Drive Adoption: Contribute to the adoption of the BackShip service among sellers and enhance the value proposition.

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: â
- Data Enthusiasts: Strong analytical skills and a love for working with data (Excel has no secrets for you!). Knowledge of SQL or eagerness to learn is highly desirable.
- Team Players: Capacity to work with transversal teams.
- Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce, logistics, or a start-up is a plus.
- Communicators: Excellent verbal and written communication in English (French is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
