Play a critical role in Non-Productive Item (NPI) modeling, leveraging existing knowledge to enhance planning models. Oversee technology development related to planning models. Enable TD (Technology Development) and manufacturing teams to co-optimize planning models, processes, and results. Communicate capital impacts resulting from process changes to senior leaders in Manufacturing (MFG) and TD. Collaborate with partners to understand future tool and process roadmaps. Assess network capacity impacts of process changes. Improve financial analyses before capital equipment are purchased through automating metrics optimizations, process flexibility, capacity sharing and equipment repurpose. Lead and communicate improvement opportunities and implementation plans to all relevant levels and functions in manufacturing. Lead projects involving multiple functional organizations within Micron (TD, Procurement, Engineering group, Manufacturing group). Provide comprehensive support and training for the US team. Position requires International and domestic travel 20% of the time. May telecommute part-time.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a business analyst or process analyst-related occupation.

Position requires:

1. Driving planning for new product introductions and network interception.

2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand future tool and process roadmaps and calculate network capacity impacts of process changes.

3. Completing financial analyses before new capital equipment is purchased, including metrics optimization, process flexibility, capacity sharing and equipment repurpose.

4. Managing network tool utilizations strategies and benchmark performance to optimize deployed capital.

5. Designing, tracking, and communicating capital change proposals to technology and manufacturing through formal presentations and reporting tools, including Tableau.

6. Benchmark factory capacity parameters within the network driving business knowledge management (BKM) and improvement projects.
