The role:
- We are seeking to hire a French-speaking Actuarial Analyst to join our dynamic and successful EMEA team with a focus on MEA region.
- This role is based in either our London (City) or Dubai office and offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a highly commercial environment.
- As part of this role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of Property & Casualty (P&C) lines of business, including Customised/Alternative solutions, Specialty Lines, and Life reinsurance deals.
How you'll make an impact
- Conducting risk analysis and modelling of clients’ portfolios, including complex multinational groups.
- Designing and evaluating risk management strategies and reinsurance structures.
- Performing valuation and pricing of reinsurance contracts, structured insurance solutions, and capital market products.
- Delivering presentations and strategic advice to senior management of insurance clients.
- Participating in renewals, tenders, and ad-hoc projects.
About You
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Academic background ideally from actuarial science or data analytics.
- Relevant industry experience within insurance/reinsurance is advantageous but not essential.
- Analytical thinker with good problem-solving skills in non-standard scenarios.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
