
As a Finance Apprentice, youโll learn to analyse complex financial data, provide valuable insights and strategic business advice, partner with key stakeholders and assist organisations in making sustainable financial decisions, audit financial statements, and much more! A career as an accountancy or taxation professional can be diverse and challenging; itโs not just about putting numbers into a spreadsheet. Throughout your apprenticeship, youโll have the chance to rotate across three distinct departments โ Accounting, Finance and Tax. This hands on, immersive experience will give you a 360-degree view of the field, empowering you to develop a diverse skillset and discover your true passion.

- In cooperation with the UK government, we are offering apprenticeship roles aligned with current funding guidelines. Government funding for Level 7 apprenticeships is generally available to young people early in their careers with the right to live and work in England. You can find full details on the UK government website.
- In addition to the above, to qualify for this programme, you must:
- Have the right to live and work in England (if you are on a visa, this needs to enable you to legally work and reside in England for the entire duration of the program).
- Have lived in the UK or in the European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 years
- Be a resident of the UK for the entire duration of the program
- Not be registered to study on a UK government funded course ending August 2026 or later
- Have at least 5 GCSEs C grade (grade 4) or above including Maths and English
- Have 3 A-Levels at minimum grades BBC (or equivalent qualifications)
- Please note, if you have received educational qualifications outside of the UK then we will require a Statement of Comparability to confirm your eligibility for the scheme. Please ensure you obtain one during the application process, through UK ENIC: https://www.enic.org.uk/
- Previous qualifications will be reviewed for funding eligibility and offers are subject to funding approval
- PLEASE NOTE: This position is a 42 month fixed-term contract. You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship.
