Responsibilities and Tasks
- Identify collaborators and lead expectations
- Collect collaborator needs
- Communicate program expectations to team and collaborators
- Maintain program support through interaction with senior leaders
Coordinate Program Governance
- Establish program scope definition and secure approval
- Set metrics and targets
- Coordinate the process of establishing and securing approval for team
- Implement program adjustments
Initiation and Plan Programs
- Define scope, goals, and results that support business goals in partnership with sponsors and collaborators
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve program goals
- Plan and schedule program timelines and achievements using appropriate tools
- Develop roadmaps for future projects with internal collaborators and team members
Complete, Monitor/Control and Close Programs
- Track program achievements and results
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Lead changes in program scope
- Identify potential crises, and develop and implement resolution plans
- Facilitate programs to sustain mode or close out programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Validated experience in facility management or a similar role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in both English and another language is helpful
