Mastercard Operational Resilience team within ONE, is responsible for and at the center of driving firm's Technology operational resilience. It implements operational resilience standards; including analysis, tracking and delivery. As a technology-focused team within technology operations, we leverage advanced tools such as FMEA and Blast Radius to enhance our operations. Our team collaborates closely with various product owners to improve product resiliency by analyzing technology stack, help prioritizing, and tracking high-priority items.

Mastercard’s summer internship program provides emerging talent with projects that will enhance skills as well as contribute to the department’s goals and objectives. In this program, you will participate in:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program majoring in Computer Science or a related field with a graduation date of Winter 2026 – Spring 2027
- Exposure to APIs, distributed platform, network and routing & systems
- Previous intern experience with data analytics
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, ability and willingness to tackle complex problems
