Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with experienced engineers to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of automated projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, precision, and overall productivity.
- Assist in modifying product recipes and specifications, working closely with the engineering team to optimize product quality and performance.
- Participate in testing, data collection, and analysis to support process improvement initiatives.
- Learn and apply industry-standard tools and techniques to support the engineering team's goals.
- Document your work, including procedures, findings, and outcomes, to contribute to our knowledge base.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical and Electronics or ECE or equivalent relevant.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as CAD, programming languages, and data analysis tools, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude toward tackling new challenges.
