This position will be part of the ​GLOBAL AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS UNIT--By 2030, the automotive landscape will be defined by more sustainable, safer and convenient ways of moving around. Our vision is to co-create connectivity solutions that will be key enablers of this transformation.​

Work Location

A requirement of this program is flexibility to relocate anywhere within the US during and after the program. The program consists of 4X 6-month rotations, taking approximately 2 years. Upon graduation, final placement options will be arranged.  TE offers relocation assistance to assist with any required moves for this program. See below for a list of the most common locations:

Job Overview  

At TE Connectivity, you’ll help bring our purpose to life by creating a safer, sustainable, productive and connected future. Your role as ​a Rotational hire​ in the ​Automotive​ Business Unit, will help us make the connections that move the world forward by:

•    Enabling acquisition of next generation manufacturing machines

•    Improving machine operation to maximize efficiency 

•    Creating Industry 4.0 digital data systems 

Responsibilities

At TE Connectivity, you’ll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you’ll:

•    Define electrical requirements for new equipment 

•    Support machine PLC and HMI applications

•    Advance digital data projects for machine data

You’re the kind of person we are looking for if you:

•    Have earned a high school diploma or GED

•    Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a ​BA/BS or MA/MS​ Degree in ​Electrical Engineering​, ​Electrical & Computer Engineering​ from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).

•    Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project

•    Are authorized to work in the U.S.
