As an intern, you’ll collaborate with Micron’s global design, layout, and verification teams, gaining hands-on experience in the design and analysis of digital and analog circuits used in integrated memory modules. You’ll also learn industry-standard tools and methodologies for design, verification and layout, helping shape the next generation of semiconductor technology.

Minimum Qualifications

‍

• Currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering. (In the last two semesters)
• Solid understanding of digital and analog circuit concepts.
• Familiarity with CMOS device physics.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

• A self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
• Passionate about technology and eager to grow in the semiconductor industry.
• Organized and goal-oriented mindset.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, C, System Verilog, Perl, or Tcl.
• Exposure to EDA tools from Cadence or Synopsys.
