About the job
In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing dealer service data to identify trends, measure service quality, and provide actionable insights to improve performance. You will work closely with the sales teams to build and maintain a robust data analytics platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data related to dealer service performance
- Conduct occasional on-site dealer assessments and mystery shopping visits across Europe
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to benchmark dealer service levels
- Design and develop dashboards and visual reports in BI tools
- Communicate in a clear and effective way with team members, stakeholders and be able to create engaging presentations
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve dealer service operations
Qualifications & Skills
- 0–3 years of relevant work experience in data analytics, preferably in automotive, retail, or service industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in BI tools for dashboard creation and data visualization
- Excellent communication skills in English AND either German or French
- Willing to travel most of the working time
