Overview
We are seeking a data scientist/AI Prompt Engineer to join our Data Analytics team to help us make better business decisions based on our data. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of statistics, AL / ML algorithms, mathematics, and data science programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, and Python). Your primary responsibilities will be performing statistical analyses, exploratory data analysis, data research, study the data thoroughly, running custom SQL queries, and identifying patterns and trends that can improve our products’ and services’ efficiency and usability. Should be able to work as an individual contributor and provide robust insights, analysis and analytical reporting to interpret results and inform key business areas on trends and business insights. Maintain good relationship with stakeholders. Should be proactive to learn new skills per business requirement. Familiar with extraction of relevant data, cleanse and transform data into insights that drive business value, through use of data analytics, data visualization and data modeling techniques.

- It is a fully remote role that will need to be based in the U.S.

Should have EXCELLENT knowledge on:
- Statistical analysis: Identify patterns in large datasets data. This includes having a keen sense of pattern detection and anomaly detection.
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine learning Techniques: Expert level knowledge on AI / ML techniques. Implement algorithms and statistical models to enable a computer to automatically learn from data.
- Strong knowledge of Python & R, MS Azure ML Studio, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of data science toolkits such as R, NumPy, and MatLab.
- Computer science: Apply the principles of artificial intelligence, database systems, human/computer interaction, numerical analysis, and software engineering.
- Programming: Write computer programs and analyze large datasets to uncover answers to complex problems. Data scientists need to be comfortable writing code working in a variety of languages such as Python, Java, R, and SQL.
- Data storytelling: Communicate actionable insights using data, often for a non-technical audience.
- Analytical thinking. Find analytical solutions to abstract business issues.
- Business intuition: Connect with stakeholders to gain a full understanding of the problems they’re looking to solve.
- Interpersonal skills: Communicate across a diverse audience across all levels of an organization.
- Critical thinking: Apply objective analysis of facts before coming to a conclusion.
- Inquisitiveness: Look beyond what’s on the surface to discover patterns and solutions within the data.
- Perform data mining, exploration, and analysis.
- Ability to store and process unstructured data with NoSQL databases and machine learning models
- Design, train, and implement machine learning algorithms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of output.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel.
- Agile Delivery: Experience working in an Agile environment delivery, including user story grooming and sprint planning, development, and user acceptance.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data security protocols. Implement best practices for data handling, storage, and sharing to protect sensitive information.
- Strong Data Visualization skills preferably MS PowerBI.
- Keeping up to date with the latest tools and trends.

About You

3+ year of relevant experience.
Strong domain knowledge.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Technical Bachelor’s Degree. Preferably in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
