Work with partners to understand project goals and provide clear guidance regarding player behavior and player feedback event design.
Evaluate and interpret data to find risks and opportunities and communicate them with your team and partners.
Build statistical models and validate and improve the performance of these models over time.
Develop scripts and queries to import, clean, transform, and enhance data.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations that help your team identify areas of opportunity and provide insight to guide future playtest events
Promote best practices in tools and visual technologies for building project dashboards that provide important data for project monitoring.
Qualifications:
2+ years of work experience in a past analytical role, using data to guide process improvements.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or completion of post-secondary level Math and Statistics courses.
Excellent foundation of math and statistical knowledge including an understanding of probability, correlation, regression, classification, and the development of statistical models.
Proficient in SQL and ability to extract data from large data sources with differing structures.
Proficient in software tools like Power BI or Tableau to create easy-to-understand data visualizations.
Experience with the Agile/Waterfall processes.
Experience presenting and prioritizing with people at multiple levels of business and technical expertise.
