We're looking for an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our Customer Success team. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Services, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating closely with customers through chat and email support regarding scheduled changes, upgrades, and migrations
- Creating customer engagements for the assigned projects
- Maintaining the balance between customer requirements and business needs
- Maintaining and sharing daily progress reports
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Must have one year of experience in the customer support domain; past experience in the networking domain is a plus
- Minimum qualification Graduate in any stream or postgraduate in any field, preferably in network-related fields
- Must be proficient in customer service, management, and project management skills, and should be able to drive customer engagements following a defined process
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Any CCNA/CCDP certification is advantageous.
- Must have a basic understanding of TCP/IP networking and the ability to drive closures with customers.
- Beneficial to have comprehensive knowledge of our organization's processes, products, services, and policy procedures.
