About the Role
- Achieve renewal quotas on time to maintain company retention rates.
- Engage with customers regularly for value-added progress checks.
- Liaise with field sales representatives, channel representatives, and partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, sales ops, and rev ops.
- Complete new hire training and acclimate to the company culture within the first 90 days.
- Develop a steady and healthy ecosystem within the assigned sub-region.
- Operate independently and become the primary contact for clients in the mapped area by the end of the first year.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration to achieve shared renewal targets.
What You Will Bring
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer success, preferably in IT.
- Proficiency in Italian and strong English language skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Tableau, and Excel for sales tracking and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to assess available to renew (ATR) and manage quotas.
- Effective communication and customer engagement skills.
- Self-starter with strong discipline and time management abilities.
- Experience in planning and executing customer engagement strategies.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Work arrangement
This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
