The Customer Service Coordinator proactively manages relationships with customers and Service/Sales Account Managers to deliver an excellent customer service experience and build loyalty. They accomplish this by interacting with internal teams in the end-to-end order process. Specific activities include generating quotes, booking and managing orders, answering phones, communicating effectively with customers and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate shows ownership, clear communication, problem-solving, and follow-through in resolving issues.
We are looking for proactive and motivated Customer Service Representative who will be a part of a fast-paced, diverse work environment where you take ownership of your work while collaborating closely with internal and external customers. Β In this job you will work with customers based in the United States while working with an internal team spread across the globe. Β This is a complex job that requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
