Via is using technology to transform transportation around the world. From changing a single person’s daily commute to reducing humanity’s collective environmental footprint — we’ve got huge goals.
As a Commercial Intern, you’ll support both the Partnerships and Partner Success teams in London. You’ll get your hands on everything from prepping commercial materials to helping existing partners make their services thrive. Along the way, you’ll pick up real experience in entrepreneurship, account management, tech management, and the wonderfully chaotic world of on-demand mobility. Your work directly helps Via bring efficient, sustainable, inclusive tech-supported transportation to more communities.
This is a full-time internship for at least 6 months. The role is based in London, where we work in a hybrid setup. Previous work experience is recommended.

- Support the Partnerships team by preparing materials, insights, and research that help them close and grow deals
- Contribute to best-in-class quality assurance by thoroughly testing new product features before partner roll-outs
- Draft clear, easy-to-follow product documentation for partners
- Set up marketing campaigns to help partners boost ridership
- Analyze service performance data to support quarterly business reviews and give partners actionable recommendations to improve quality, efficiency, and growth
- Build compelling marketing materials to showcase partner success stories
Who You Are:
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a real plus
- A university student (3rd year or beyond) who’s hungry to learn by actually doing
- A creative problem-solver who questions how things have “always” been done and isn’t afraid to suggest a smarter way
- A clear communicator who can adapt to different audiences
- Detail-oriented, spotting what others might miss
- Proactive, curious, and entrepreneurial
- Comfortable working with both commercial tasks and more technical/product-y ones - the mix actually energizes you
