
The Channel Operations Analyst will be a key member of the Channel Operations Team collaborated with Channel Field and Programs Team, which operates within the Worldwide Deal Support and Order Management organization under Revenue Operations at Nutanix. Based in Bangalore, the team is dedicated to supporting Nutanix's sales teams by facilitating efficient and effective operations across various processes. The culture is collaborative and dynamic, focused on cross-functional teamwork to ensure streamlined communication and problem-solving between multiple stakeholders, including Deal Desk, Bid Management, and Product Managers. The team's mission is to enhance overall sales efficiency by providing critical support and structured processes that empower sales professionals to succeed in meeting their targets.
You will report to the Manager of Channel Operations, who values open communication and a supportive team environment. The manager encourages a culture of learning and collaboration, where team members are empowered to contribute ideas and take initiative. The role is hybrid, requiring you to work in the office 3 days each week while enjoying the flexibility to work remotely on other days, fostering a balance that promotes productivity and job satisfaction.
