The R&D department plans the sustainable product and technology road map for Europe and works on developing advanced, full electric vehicles series, which fulfill current and future European private transportation market needs. By cooperating with European leading suppliers, the R&D department continuously upgrades design and engineering abilities for excellent product performance and quality.
As R&D Engineer, you will do research, analysis and evaluation of E-mobility products, user experience and usability of both passenger cars and commercial vehicles. You will use these research insights for the product development and iteration, working closely together with product, design and engineering teams.
Your main responsibility is:
- Responsible for undertaking low-voltage technical support for all European export models.
- Troubleshooting and resolving problems.
- Provide technical support and technical communication with customers.
- Organizing technical meetings between Europe and China team.
Your personal information:
- Basicly master the funtion, working principle,composition and structure of each electrical system. Understand the technical requirements of each component.
- Understand quality knowledge and master basic quality tools.
- Can analyze and slove complex problems in depth.
- Good organization and coordination skills.
- Proficient in word,excel,PPT and other software.
- Fluent verbal and written English.
