By cooperating with European leading suppliers, the R&D department continuously upgrades design and engineering abilities for excellent product performance and quality.

As R&D Engineer, you will do research, analysis and evaluation of E-mobility products, user experience and usability of both passenger cars and commercial vehicles. You will use these research insights for the product development and iteration, working closely together with product, design and engineering teams.

Your main responsibility is:
- Be responsible for completing the body product and technology planning, implementing the application to the project vehicle; organize and complete the product planning of the project vehicle;
- Be responsible for completing the feasibility analysis support of product modeling engineering in the early stage of the projectοΌ
- Be responsible for completing the body quality problem management and change analysis, forming the product FMEa library and implementing the application in the project.
- Unified management and control of external supplier development of body parts;
- Be responsible for the centralization of body technical documents: maintain all kinds of data and documents in the shared database of the department; control and maintain technical standards, design specifications, design summaries and other technical accumulation documents according to the process.
- Be responsible for the analysis and data collection of competitive models. Prepare and collect relevant disassembly, measurement, simulation and test documents.

Your personal information:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle or machinery is preferred.
- English can be used as the working language.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Strong hands-on ability, experimental experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill.
- Strong team spirit, and strong sense of responsibility.
- With driver license. Local driving experience is preferred.
