
With a view towards improving project delivery efficiency, we are setting up a new team in Pune that will be responsible for providing ETL support for the scheduled loads in a timely manner. We have a number of ETL loads that span a large number of clients across a diverse set of industries which need timely failure resolution in order to adhere to high standards of project delivery. This will be a high powered team that will be responsible for reducing average response time for failure resolution and come up with new and innovative ways to improve project SLAs.

1. Respond to failure tickets in a timely manner.
2. Communicate with client teams to identify the root cause of an issue, apply necessary fixes and summarize the issue in detail.
3. Reduce recurrence of issues.
4. Work on minor changes arising due to business logic/input file structure changes
5. Ensure high stakeholder satisfaction by collecting timely feedback and improve on constructive feedback.
6. Come up with innovative ways to reduce time to resolution and other SLAs.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong problem solving skills that will help identify the root cause of an issue.
3. Ability to context switch between different projects.
4. At least 2 years of hands-on experience with RDBMS technologies like Microsoft SQL server, Oracle, Teradata, etc.

1. Experience in SQL query and performance tuning.
2. Writing and maintaining SSIS packages.
3. Help Desk Software or Ticketing System, like Remedy, ALM, Jira, etc.
4. FTP and S/FTP file transfer mechanisms.
5. Scripting technologies like Powershell and Python.
6. Experience with SSRS and other Microsoft technologies
