The company was founded in 2017 by Martin Kassing and currently employs more than 200 people across Europe. Its latest €100m fundraising round (Series C) was led by Hedosophia and Sapphire Venture, with continued support from existing investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, BlackRock, Earlybird, HV Capital, Motive Ventures, and Notion Capital.

We currently employ 200+ people across Europe with our headquarters based in Berlin, Germany, and hubs in Tallinn, Estonia, and London, UK.

Your mission:

The Growth team at Upvest is driving our go-to-market activities, spanning across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships. RevOps acts as the key enabler - driving predictable revenue growth and operational excellence by aligning strategy, systems, data, and processes across the full revenue engine.

Our mission is to become the Investment-as-a-Service category leader for Europe's leading brokers, banks, wealth managers, and non-financial platforms. We're honoured to work with some of Europe's leading brands in a fast-moving and expanding market - and we're just getting started.

As Upvest enters its next stage of growth, we’re looking for a motivated, outcome-driven RevOps Manager to join us. You’ll play a vital role in scaling how we plan, execute, and optimise our go-to-market strategy - across multiple revenue motions and all Growth domains.

All our team efforts are centred around the client - and you'll have the opportunity to shape high-impact projects with strong ownership and autonomy. Working in the Growth team combines meaningful work with a relaxed and fun atmosphere. We’ve established strong practices around feedback, team health, and social connection. You’ll work directly with our Senior RevOps Manager, Julian Bumiller, to help build and scale the systems, insights, and operational rhythms that drive our growth - while supporting strategic decision-making across the company.
