Youโll work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your site. Youโll also monitor and maintain process efficiency. Your days will always include prioritising routine team management and daily operational tasks, alongside other tasks like individual escalations, process improvement work and wide-scale operational contingency planning.

- 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
- Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts
