Join Atlassianโs Finance team as an Accounting Intern and help us explore how AI can transform finance and accounting operations. Youโll work alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and supporting each otherโs growth. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both finance processes and AI experimentation.

Responsibilities
- Learn by doing: Participate in real-world finance projects and experiments using AI tools.
- Collaborate: Work closely with team members from Finance, IT, and other departments to solve problems and share ideas.
- Experiment: Help identify areas where AI could improve finance processes, and assist in testing new tools or approaches in a safe, supportive environment.
- Analyze and improve: Assist with basic data analysis, process reviews, and documentation.
- Communicate: Share your findings and ideas with the team, and present your work in a clear, approachable way.
- Grow your skills: Receive coaching and feedback on both technical and soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and adaptability.

Minimum Qualifications
- Able to commit to a 12-week full-time (40hrs/week) program during Summer 2026
- Currently enrolled full-time in a Finance, Accounting or a related degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by June 2027
- Please note: At this time, this role is only open to entry-level candidates with less than a year of professional experience (this does not include internships/co-ops)
