Responsibilities
🚀 Sales Execution & Growth
- Own and grow a defined territory across Phoenix and the broader Desert region.
- Drive revenue growth through direct and indirect sales of Keysight’s network visibility, monitoring, and security solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with enterprise customers.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline with strong funnel velocity and conversion rates.
🤝 Customer & Partner Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with IT leaders, CISOs, and network architects.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and align solutions to business outcomes.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos that showcase ROI and technical differentiation.
- Engage with channel partners to drive indirect sales and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with technical partners to support joint go-to-market strategies and solution integration.
🧠 Solution Positioning
- Articulate the value of Keysight’s integrated visibility and security portfolio—including packet brokers, threat detection, and compliance tools.
- Work closely with Solutions Engineers to tailor technical proposals and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Stay ahead of competitive moves from Gigamon, Netscout, Arista and Viavi and position Keysight’s unique advantages.
📈 Territory Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute territory plans with clear account segmentation, growth targets, and partner alignment.
- Leverage field intelligence, customer feedback, and partner insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Participate in ecosystem development through partner enablement and joint marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in network monitoring, cybersecurity, or infrastructure solutions.
- Proven success selling to enterprise accounts in the Desert/Mountain Region.
- Strong understanding of network architectures, security frameworks, and cloud environments.
- Consultative selling skills with the ability to map technical solutions to business value.
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven with a passion for customer success.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies is a plus.
