‍How you'll make an impact‍

As an Account Executive in our Corporate Benefits Consulting Rise Programme, you’ll be immersed in all aspects of client work, business development and internal service delivery.

Our Corporate Benefits team supports a wide range of businesses in managing their Group Risk and Healthcare schemes, helping them protect and support their people. We deliver tailored solutions with speed, accuracy and professionalism, enabling our clients to thrive in competitive markets.

You’ll be involved in:

‍
• Supporting the administration and servicing of Group Risk and Healthcare schemes
• Assisting with new business quotations, renewals, underwriting and claims
• Liaising with consultants, insurers and clients to ensure smooth delivery
• Preparing client reports, presentations and communications
• Helping onboard new client accounts and maintain accurate records
• Developing strong internal and external relationships to support efficient service

As your experience grows, so will your responsibilities and opportunities for client interaction. You’ll also be supported in pursuing industry-recognised qualifications and building a strong foundation for a career in consulting.
