Your tasks

• Internal reporting preparation;
• Review together with Team Leaders employee roles and accesses;
• Support the administration of shared email accounts within the team;
• Support development of the Team by helping Team Leads with different administrative tasks;
• Support team in collection of information for operational topics;
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Your profile

• University ongoing studies (economic, management, IT, administrative area)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, German is an advantage;
• Familiarity with PowerBi, Excel, SQL, MACROS are an advantage;
• Good command of office tools and keen on using digital tools;
• Ability to work in a structured way;
• Proficient in team communication;
• Ownership of daily tasks.
