Position Summary

Industrial Light & Magic’s (ILM) Studio Talent Group (STG) unites the most dedicated and experienced artists, producers, engineers, and managers in the entertainment industry to help employees reach their full potential. Working with ILM’s global talent base in San Francisco, Mumbai, London, Vancouver and Sydney, our STG instructors are some of the industry's brightest creative and technical talents, including Oscar-winners, world-class artists, designers, and engineers. Employees are given an outstanding opportunity to share skills, knowledge, expertise, and culture across ILM's studios, and to take advantage of a variety of enrichment classes in sculpting, drawing, photography, and more. The Studio Talent Group is where best-in-class talent teams up in a global environment to build the award-winning work Lucasfilm and ILM are known for.

The STG intern will focus on support of the STG department in a wide range of technical tasks, gaining a broad exposure to the VFX pipeline. The STG Intern will focus on maintaining and developing scripts that support the technical aspects of the Studio Talent Group, taking direction from the  VFX Training Supervisor and Training Technical Specialists.
