Your compensation during this opportunity will be 1850 EUR gross per month. Our competitive compensation package includes on top prorated annual and vacation bonus.
How we are defining Meaningful Work at P&G as part of the Development Program?
🌱 Take ownership of your projects right away! You’ll have specific responsibilities, receive coaching, and follow an individual training plan to help you grow.
🤝 Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain productive, long-term relationships with key customers in Bulgaria to enhance category value across 25 distinct brands and achieve specific revenue targets for P&G.
🌍 Market and Customer Insight: Manage a region in Sofia by driving the value for our biggest International Customers and learning how we have built our market leader brands. Build strong partnerships with our customers understanding their needs and goals.
👥 Collaborative Teamwork: Within your Team & with other colleagues in Brand Management, Finance, and Supply Chain Operations to drive overall success. Further, we trust you with a team of merchandisers so you can start building your people management skills from Day 1.

🎓 Final Year BSc students, MSc/MSA students in progress, and recent BSc/MSc/MSA graduates.
🗣️ Very good speaking and written command of the English & Bulgarian language.
🚗 Valid driving license.
