About the Role

As an SS&A Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in understanding how our products perform in-market. You’ll be the engine behind our sell-through analytics, ensuring we have clear visibility on consumer demand, retail performance, and market trends. Your insights will influence go-to-market strategies, promotional plans, demand forecasting, and commercial priorities across DACH and the wider EMEA region.

This is a role for someone who loves data, moves at pace, and is ready to drive impact from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor and analyse sell-through performance across retailers and channels to understand real consumer demand.
• Turn data into clear, actionable insights for commercial, marketing, and product teams.
• Build dashboards, tools, and reporting that support decision-making and forecast accuracy.
• Identify risks and opportunities in market performance, promotional execution, and product availability.
• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to align on strategies and recommendations.
• Support business reviews with retailers and internal leadership by preparing performance narratives and insight packs.
• Bring curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset to how we track, measure, and tell the story of our commercial performance.

What You’ll Bring

• 3-5 years Strong analytical skills and experience working with commercial, retail, or consumer performance data.
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization platforms.
• Ability to translate complex data into simple, compelling messages that influence stakeholders.
• A proactive, curious mindset – always asking why and what next.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business.
• Collaborative working style and the confidence to engage with cross-functional partners.
• Business-level English required; German language skills are a strong advantage.
