Rothschild & Co is hiring for its private equity and private debt branch, specifically for the Multi-Strategies funds. We are looking for a Fund Controller intern to join our dedicated team in Luxembourg for a minimum duration of 6 months. With nearly €3 billion in assets under management, the Five Arrows Multi-Strategies platform encompasses investments in primary, secondary, and co-investment funds.

Your Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of cash flow.
• Tracking capital calls and distributions of portfolios.
• Assisting with audit processes and the preparation of fund financial statements.
• Managing capital operations.
• Reviewing tax declarations.

You will liaise and interact with various external and internal service providers including auditors, depositary banks, and fund administrators.

Your Profile

• Education: Bac+5 – specialization in Finance or Accounting.
• Contract: Internship
• Experience: Previous experience is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel. Strong knowledge of fund accounting is highly appreciated, along with a good command of English.
• Interpersonal Skills: Rigor, adaptability, curiosity, leadership, and organizational skills.
