Working in sales at P&G means working with great brands like Head & Shoulders, Gillette, Fairy, Oral-B and Pampers, as well as in projects linked to Finland’s biggest grocery retailers. You will build and design ideas, strategize using analytics and shopper insights, use your relationship and understanding of the market to sell, negotiate and execute your ideas.

During your 10-week summer internship you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in sales at P&G involves, and if it is right for you. You will be working on live business projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Each intern will receive coaching, mentoring and formal training as they deliver their work. This role is based at our office in Espoo, Finland and we look to offer internships to our top candidates by the end of January!

Job Qualifications

What We Look For:

• University undergraduates who will have completed their degree by Summer 2027 or graduates who have completed a degree.
• Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you’re proud of – be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you!
• Demonstrated leadership skills and analytical capability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Finnish and English verbal and written skills to business proficiency.

Start date:

‍ The internship's duration is from June 8th 2026 until August 14th, 2026. We expect interns to be available for the full duration of the internship. Onboarding will be week commencing 8th June 2026 and is likely to be a combination of training in Espoo and Stockholm.
