What You Will Do
The Sales Finance Analyst is responsible for managing the financial data of Kenvue's Customers (Food Channel) in Brazil, focusing on providing accurate visibility of P&L results and forecasts, as well as supporting strategic decisions with consistent financial insights for stakeholders in the Commercial area. Strong accountability for driving decision-making and influencing the Commercial organization to seek profitability and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership in Business Partnering: Provides financial leadership and guidance to the Business Partner, bringing Risks and Opportunities to the discussion; as well as overall BVA and Ad Hoc analyses to ensure a profitable business.
- Support the business in a rapidly transforming market (digitization, standardization, consolidation), identifying growth opportunities in a challenging environment.
- P&L Management: Ensure follow-up and analysis of P&L; present reviews to management teams; influence decisions and action plans for a profitable business and to achieve our goals.
- Support/Manage the Negotiation of Contractual Investments: analyzing all aspects of contractual clauses and client counter-offers with the commercial team, ensuring an end-to-end process among the involved areas.
- Conduct monthly meetings to present financial results, fostering discussions that generate insights aimed at business expansion, profitability increase, and market share improvement.
- Identify opportunities in CIW investments, seeking to apply them in the most strategic way to drive sell-out.
What We Are Looking For
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Completed higher education in related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance.
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis of Financial Statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory, especially Excel.
- Advanced English.
- Knowledge in Power BI.
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English (presentations, listening, writing).
- Sense of ownership, autonomy, and proactivity.
Desired Differentiators:
- Experience in Business Support Finance.
- Experience using SAP.
