In this pivotal role, you will help define how FCSD goes to market—leading incentive planning through competitive benchmarking, creative offer design, and seamless field execution. You will tell our service performance story through clear, actionable insights that inform leadership strategy and enhance operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do…
Consumer Incentive Planning & Execution
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development of the FCSD consumer incentives calendar, ensuring alignment on timing and offers with Sales Operations and Marketing Communications (MarComms).
- Market Intelligence: Benchmark competitive industry programs to identify innovative, customer-focused offers that drive service retention and increase VIN share.
- Execution: Partner with Field Operations, FDAF partners, and MarComms to execute incentives effectively, ensuring strong dealer engagement and in-market activation.
- Performance Analysis: Measure incentive performance and present results to stakeholders to inform continuous improvement and future campaign planning.
Performance Insight & Data Storytelling
- Data Coordination: Manage the data funnel across critical platforms, including Global Data, Insights & Analytics (GDIA), MarComms, Ford Direct, CRM, and Field Operations.
- Actionable Insights: Analyze performance data to disseminate clear, weekly, and month-end insights. Translate complex data into clear narratives that inform leadership and strengthen dealer engagement.
- Reporting Excellence: Update and maintain essential monthly reports, including Bowlers, BOR Slides, Sales Close Notes, Month-End Review Decks, and Field Slides.
- Dashboard Management: Oversee Dealer Hub FCSD metrics and dashboards. Contribute to the design and execution of Dealer Profile Reports and manage metrics within the Ford Commitment Program (including data validation and field inquiry resolution).
Qualifications
You'll have...
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience in managing supplier relationships.
- Experience working directly with field teams and/or automotive dealers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Prior experience in an analytics and strategy-forward role.
- Experience within the automotive industry or a related manufacturing field.
- Familiarity with automotive data tools (e.g., Polk, Urban Science) or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
