While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported.

The Consumer Staking team is responsible for helping ~7M+ customers earn interest on their crypto holdings. We build easy-to-use staking products for the Coinbase app and advanced liquid staking products for onchain users. Staking is on the cutting edge of the cryptoeconomy where new concepts & primitives are still being invented — come build the future with us!

What you’ll be doing (i.e., job duties):

• Own all facets of a product area from crafting the vision and strategy to executing
• Sizing opportunities, analyzing market trends, and identifying the highest-impact real-world use cases for crypto payments and utility.
• Partnering with design, engineering, and growth to deliver seamless, frictionless staking experiences that scale globally.
• Developing and executing consumer growth strategies, including referral programs, social growth loops, and network effects.
• Proactively addressing fraud, risk, and compliance considerations while preserving an excellent user experience.

What we look for in you (i.e., job requirements):

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of shipping consumer products at a global scale.
• Product vision & execution: Proven ability to translate bold ideas into delightful, impactful features with measurable results.
• Growth mindset: Experience in consumer product growth—especially in referral programs, social engagement, or virality.
• User obsession: Relentless focus on creating intuitive, trustworthy, and scalable experiences.

Nice to haves:

• Experience with Defi protocols either personally or professionally.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Eppo, Cursor, etc.
• Crypto-forward experience, including interacting with Bitcoin and Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps on networks like Base, Solana, and Lightning.
