You will be responsible for enhancing the existing offerings and have a keen eye to identify gaps in our current offerings. You will be required to have an innovative mindset and technology orientation. Our products and services are offered digitally, and your technology orientation adds to our journey from Bank to Bank Tech. We see our product managers as skilled and intuitive market analysts with a proven ability to strategize the entire lifecycle of a product portfolio.

Manage the life cycle of a Product portfolio, measured in terms of customer feedback and defined business outcomes.

Collaborate with various internal stakeholders involved in successfully bringing your product to market, including technology data analytics.

Create the roadmap to nurture a product from conception through design and into usage and adoption of the defined customer segment.

Identify actionable gaps in our current offerings and develop solutions that meet customer expectations.

Embed products and processes with the right technology enablement.
β
Build products that are Fair to Customer, Fair to Bank.

MBA, Chartered Accountants, Engineers & Graduates with relevant work experience in the area of product management across industries.
β
Good oral and written communication skills.
β
Willingness to work with the distributed team for on-ground support and deliver enablers as required.

Evaluative mind-set in appraising new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to market plans.
β
Conceptual understanding of consumer behaviour, market research and go-to-market strategy.
