About The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Planning Analyst to join our Integrated Planning team. This role will be central to the execution of our Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process, ensuring alignment between short-term demand and available capacity. The ideal candidate will be adept at cross-functional collaboration and possess strong analytical skills to drive effective operational decision-making.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in capacity planning, demand planning, operations analysis, or a similar role, preferably within a technology or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL or Python.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Preferred: (if applicable)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Understanding of AI models, AI infrastructure and hardware concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory control and production planning principles.

The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
