We are looking for a PCG Testing Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will execute detailed product testing, document defects, support test environment setup, and provide usability feedback.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Execute detailed testing of product functionality, performance, compatibility, and user experience based on test cases.
- Accurately document and report defects found in hardware, system software (e.g., Windows), drivers, and pre-installed applications, and assist in issue reproduction.
- Support the setup of PC testing environments, including OS deployment, driver installation, peripheral connections, and test software configuration.
- Write selected test cases and provide usability and design feedback from an end-user perspective.
- Communicate actively with the team, respond quickly, and complete assigned testing tasks.

Position Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronic Information, or related fields.
- Understanding of basic software testing concepts and strong interest in computer hardware.
- Familiar with Windows OS usage, troubleshooting, and system reinstallation.
- Knowledge of computer hardware components (e.g., CPU, memory, hard drive) and basic hardware identification skills.
- Basic knowledge of any programming language (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and ability to write simple scripts.
