Our mission is to help creators turn their passions into sustainable careers by giving them the opportunities, support, and pathways they need to grow. This role sits at the heart of Twitchโ€™s broader effort to expand the creator community and drive incremental platform growth.

A major focus of this position is proactive outreachโ€”finding promising creators, initiating cold conversations, and persuading them to consider Twitch as a meaningful next step in their career. The ideal candidate is confident in approaching talent, skilled at building trust quickly, and effective at motivating creators to start streaming. You pair strong creative instincts with a data-driven mindset, stay plugged into emerging cultural and digital trends, and understand what makes (or could make) a creator successful on Twitch.

This role reports to the Director of Creator Expansion and is based in New York, NY.

You Will

- Identify promising creators across platforms, spot emerging trends early, and proactively reach out to talent who could thrive on Twitch.

- Initiate cold outreach and persuade creators to view Twitch as a meaningful next step in their careers.

- Onboard new creators with clear guidance and support, helping them quickly gain confidence and early traction.

- Manage programs that surface organic inbound creators and triage them for dedicated or scaled support.

- Build trust with creators as they grow, champion Twitch within the creator community, and surface insights that shape the Partnerships roadmap and long-term creator success

Basic Qualifications

- Knowledge of entertainment industry trends and players
- 1+ years in either creator support, influencer marketing, or community management
- A creative thought process with a passion for the creator economy
- An understanding of how and why creators become successful on and off Twitch
- A hunger to push past the status quo and not let any existing roadblocks stop you
- A sense of ownership and autonomy.
- Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Existing relationships with gaming or non-gaming community content creators or talent/PR agencies
- Have a history of content creation on multiple platforms
- Knowledgeable about technical aspects of live streaming/content creation
- Fluent in one or more European language (German, French or Spanish)
