Each Intern will:
- Learn about insurance, the industry workflow, and various divisions within the organization as assigned during the internship.
- Gain analytical, technical, and decision-making skills through formal and informal learning opportunities.
- Complete special projects or assignments that assist the department in its mission and help the intern learn more about the corporate environment.
- Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily.
- Network with senior leaders, experienced teammates, and other interns to develop lasting professional connections.
- Receive formal and informal feedback throughout the program.

- Working towards the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Insurance and/or Risk Management, Business, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, other business, analytical, computer science, or data related field, any relevant degree, or advanced degree at an accredited college or university.
- Demonstrated strong academic performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and maintain professional composure.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

- Preferred interest in pursuing insurance services as a career.
- Previous work experience or internship.
- Demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership aptitude.
