
What you will do:
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reduce operational costs to achieve premiere customer service and overall business objectives.
Complete assignments related to the design, development, and implementation of material handling systems and equipment, both individually and as part of a team.
Conduct data analysis and simulations to optimize material flow and storage solutions.
Support the implementation and testing of new material handling technologies and equipment.
Handle all details of assigned projects from inception to completion within mutually agreed upon time frames, working under the mentorship of an experienced project manager.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including safety, quality, operations, warehousing, and logistics to identify and address material handling challenges.
Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, and presentations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all material handling processes.

What you will bring:
Pursuing a bachelorβs degree in engineering (industrial systems, manufacturing, mechanical), packaging or supply chain operations (Junior or Senior standing preferred).
Must exhibit a solid professional image with demonstrated leadership skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a diverse environment with multiple business goals while maintaining internal and external relationships.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required, including strong presentation skills.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to grasp technical engineering specifications.
Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
Working knowledge of drafting software (e.g. AutoCAD, Pro/Engineer, Creo, or Solidworks) preferred.
Self-starter with strong organizational and prioritization skills capable of setting and meeting goals.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and ability to work in a team environment.
