- Overview:  We’re looking for a Junior Training Developer to create engaging learning experiences for adult technical audiences. You’ll design interactive games, build simulations, and apply UX principles to make complex engineering concepts accessible. Working with subject matter experts and engineering teams, you’ll transform technical content into immersive, future‑ready training solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive games and gamified content tailored for adult learners in technical fields.
- Apply game mechanics (points, badges, leaderboards) to create engaging scenario-based learning and problem-solving challenges.
- Build parameter-driven software simulations for engineering processes (e.g., temperature, pressure, flow).
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of learning tools.
- Integrate UI/UX principles into simulation and gamification design for intuitive learner experiences.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by experimenting with new frameworks, tools, and engagement strategies

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Game Design, Software Design, Computer Science, or Entertainment Technology (with a focus on game/software development).
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI development, game development, or software development applied to gamification of courses.
- Prior work in high-tech or engineering environments strongly preferred.
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
- Optional: Certifications in gamification design.
- Optional: Exposure to AI-assisted course development or simulation frameworks (future-proof skill).

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience creating interactive and engaging games/gamified content for professionals.
- Knowledge of game mechanics and ability to design scenario-based learning challenges.
- Basic programming skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or web-based tools).
- Ability to create parameter-driven simulations for engineering processes.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles for interactive learning tools.
- Exposure to engineering concepts (semiconductor, manufacturing, or industrial automation).
- Comfort with software engineering fundamentals (structured programming, version control, testing)
